Bicycle Rally for Prohibition

Social Justice Department of Govt. of Madhya Pradesh observed the week commencing from 2nd October 2012 as Prohibition Week to commemorate Birth Anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi.  GPBRA decided to take out a Bicycle Rally in association with the Social Justice Department on 6th October, 2012 to raise awareness about prohibition and its virtues.  The rally started at 7 AM from Mountain Cycle Track, (Link Road No.3, Bhopal), which was open to all, who wanted to contribute by their presence to the cause of prohibition.  The rally passed through main streets and localities of Bhopal City, such as New Market, Banganga, Sadar Manzil, Imami Gate, Noor  Mahal Road, P.S. Shahajanabad, Bhopal Talkies, Alpana Tiraha, Central Library, Pul Bogda, Capital Petrol Pump Crossing, Old Subhash Nagar, Security Line, Anna Nagar, Chetak Bridge, Board Office Chowraha, Main Road No.1, Nankey Petrol Pump, and terminated at Community Hall, T.T. Nagar at about 9.30 AM.
